We accept major credit cards.
Payment is expected upon purchase and after 24 hours of non-payment, transactions will be cancelled.
If you have a question about payment procedures, please contact us prior to purchase.
Items will be packed and on their way within 2-3 business days of received payment.
Packages will be shipped through USPS First Class or Priority. If you have any preferences ( rush delivery, insurance, etc. ) please let us know before purchasing so that we can adjust the listing accordingly for you. If insurance is not purchased, we cannot be held accountable for any damages or losses that occur during shipping.
We will provide delivery confirmation for all domestic packages. Your confirmation number will be sent to you shortly after your package has been shipped.
We will ship international using USPS First Class Mail International. Delivery time varies between 1-4 weeks.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges will only be considered on items are damaged upon arrival. Please contact us in this case.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be given on custom order items.
If you are for any reason unhappy with your purchase feel free to contact us. Once again, if insurance is not purchased, we cannot be held accountable for any damages or losses that occur during shipping. If you feel that we have somehow misrepresented the item you have purchased you must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the package.

We are happy to place items on Reserve but please be aware that we will only hold an item on Reserve for 24 hours at which point the Reserve status will be removed. If you fall madly in love with something and need more time please let us know and we make special arrangements.
